Patti Mills, MS, RD/LDN
Patti Mills is a Registered Dietitian/Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/LDN), sports nutritionist and certified food scientist specializing in performance nutrition, general health, women's health, and weight management. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based, practical strategies that empower athletes and individuals to take control of their nutrition and achieve their goals.
Patti is passionate about nutrition and dedicated to helping individuals take control of their nutrition through a balanced, science-based approach. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition with a major in Dietetics from Florida State University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance with an emphasis on Sports Nutrition from Logan University. With a strong background in sports performance, general health, and dietary supplements, Patti specializes in optimizing nutrition for athletes, weight management, and overall well-being.
Patti believes that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable. She loves teaching clients how to incorporate colorful, nutrient-dense foods into their daily routines in a way that is practical, satisfying, and sustainable. Her goal is to make nutrition approachable—helping clients fuel their bodies, perform their best, and feel great in the process.
